Eat for Health

The Eat for Health Program consists of  7 informative and interactive sessions. 

Over seven weeks, participants will learn all facets of healthy eating, from understanding where food comes from, making healthy choices, using budget cuts and hands on cooking classes. 

This program is run by a fully accredited Nutritionist.

Program Outline:

1. What is healthy eating

2. Reading food labels

3. Conquering the supermarket

4. Modifying recipes

5. Budget meals

6. From farm to table

7. Eating out


In-House Fitness

Personal Trainer weekly visits 

Assisting  in developing an active routine at work or at home

Fitness Classes  

Including monthly / weekly fitness activities e.g. flexibility, group boxing, HIIT class.

Additional Services:

Work with clients one on one or small groups to demonstrate correct use of gym equipment.  Observe clients performing exercises, correcting technique to minimise injury and improve fitness.

1. Provide alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill

2. Monitor clients’ progress and adapt programs as required 

3. Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities and the use of exercise equipment.

4. Provide clients information on resources about nutrition, weight control and lifestyle issues


M E N T A L   H E A L T H

Creating Positive
Mental Health

A program designed to explore the links between physical activity, nutrition and mindfulness practice.  While educating participants on how to incorporate the above to promote positive mental health.

The course is delivered over two days, comprising of 2 x 3 hour sessions.

Suanne is a Fitness Australia registered exercise professional, accredited nutritionist, qualified trainer and assessor and is currently finalising her Bachelor of Psychological Science through Swinburne University. 

Jackson Cockerill

Personal Trainer
Exercise Physiologist (STDNT)

Jackson is a Fitness Australia registered personal trainer currently finalising his Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the Queensland University of Technology. 

Stephanie Jones

AHPRA Registered

Stephanie has worked as a Psychologist for over 20 years her background includes psychoeducation and training, design and implementation of intensive pre-vocational programs. 

Stephanie facilitates our Mental Health program.
