N U T R I T I O N

Eat for Health
Program

The Eat for Health Program consists of  7 informative and interactive sessions. 

Over seven weeks, participants will learn all facets of healthy eating, from understanding where food comes from, making healthy choices, using budget cuts and hands on cooking classes. 

This program is run by a fully accredited Nutritionist.

Personal Trainer weekly visits 

Assisting  in developing an active routine at work or at home we can include 

Fitness Classes  

Including monthly / weekly fitness activities e.g. flexibility, group boxing, HIIT class.

Creating Positive
Mental Health

A program designed to explore the links between physical activity, nutrition and mindfulness practice.  While educating participants on how to incorporate the above to promote positive mental health.

The course is delivered over two days, comprising of 2 x 3 hour sessions.

Suanne is a Fitness Australia registered exercise professional, accredited nutritionist, qualified trainer and assessor and is currently finalising her Bachelor of Psychological Science through Swinburne University. 

Jackson Cockerill

Exercise Physiologist
Personal Trainer

Jackson is an accredited exercise physiologist and Fitness Australia registered personal trainer. Jackson’s is equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
