Including monthly / weekly fitness activities e.g. flexibility, group boxing, HIIT class.
Additional Services:
Work with clients one on one or small groups to demonstrate correct use of gym equipment. Observe clients performing exercises, correcting technique to minimise injury and improve fitness.
1. Provide alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill
2. Monitor clients’ progress and adapt programs as required
3. Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities and the use of exercise equipment.
4. Provide clients information on resources about nutrition, weight control and lifestyle issues
