385g - Steak,chuck,untrimmed,raw
1 tsp - Spice,turmeric
1 tsp - Master Of Spices Cumin Ground
1 tsp - Herbs,coriander
2 tsp - Gfresh Garamassala
1 tsp - Spice,paprika
1 tsp - Spice,cardamom
1 tsp - Master Of Spices Cayenne Pepper
2 clove - Garlic,fresh,raw
1 tsp - Ginger,fresh,raw
1 tb - Juice,100% juice,lemon,commercial
1 tb - Woolworths Select Traditional Tomato Paste
400mL - Coconut milk,canned,reduced fat
638 KJ per serving
Measure spices and put into a medium sized saucepan, dice beef (cutting away excess fat) and add to the saucepan and toss through spices to coat beef thoroughly.
Add approximately 3 tbl olive oil and turn on heat to high and pan-fry until fragrant - roughly 1-2min.
Add coconut milk, lemon juice, stock cube and tomato paste, stir to combine.
Once boiling, reduce heat to a low simmer and cook for 4-5 hours for succulent beef stirring every 45min or so.
