Physical activity offers immediate and long-term health benefits, improving the overall quality of your life. Anyone can do it – you don’t have to be in competitive sports or part of a strict regime. It also doesn’t have to cost a lot of money.

At Fitness Forever, we aim to change the way you feel about fitness and health.  We are down-to-earth fitness specialists, coaching you towards better health and a positive association with fitness. Whether you’re looking to train for a purpose or simply want to “get moving”, we can help you achieve your goals.

Fitness Forever offers one-on-one personal training sessions in Brisbane for all levels of fitness, as well as group training for those who want to train with friends.

As part of the Brisbane City Council Active and Healthy Program, we offer a range of free community fitness classes, that are fun and set in a friendly environment.  Browse our programs to find a way to train that’s right for you.

If you’re looking to train under the National Disability Insurance Scheme, we also offer personal training specially designed for people who have physical or mental restrictions. Learn more about our special needs fitness training.
