Step 1

Soak dates in hot water for 1 hour, then remove seeds

Step 2

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until finely chopped

Step 3

Roll into 7 equal balls and roll in cacao powder

Step 4

Refrigerate for approx. 1 hour & serve
