Over seven weeks, participants will learn all facets of healthy eating, from understanding where food comes from, making healthy choices, using budget cuts and hands on cooking classes. 

This program is run by a fully accredited Nutritionist.

Work with clients one on one or small groups to demonstrate correct use of gym equipment. Observe clients performing exercises, correcting technique to minimise injury and improve fitness. 

Provide clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control and lifestyle issues.

Flexibility Class – Toowong Rooftop

Session Outline

Increase the flexibility throughout your entire body focusing on static stretches and abdominal exercises designed to strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve posture, increase overall stability of your body and aid in the prevention of injury.

HIIT Class – South Bank GYM

Session Outline

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Creating Positive
Mental Health

A program designed to explore the links between physical activity, nutrition and mindfulness practice.  While educating participants on how to incorporate the above to promote positive mental health.

The course is delivered over two days, comprising of 2 x 3 hour sessions.

Claire is an Fitness Australia registered exercise professional & Exercise & Sport Scientist who qualified with Honours. Claire is furthering her study in a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at The University of Queensland, focusing on exercise for chronic health conditions.

Stephanie has worked as a Psychologist for over 20 years her background includes psychoeducation and training, design and implementation of intensive pre-vocational programs. 

Stephanie facilitates our Mental Health program.
