Depression and Anxiety

Mental Health challenges such as anxiety and depression can have a detrimental effect on health and fitness, and in some instances they may prevent a person from undertaking an exercise program at all. At Fitness Forever, we understand the challenges faced by someone with depression and/or anxiety and are registered providers for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

It is our goal to allow those who suffer from mental health challenges to incorporate physical activity into their lives and to assist in the management of the disorder/s.

Our specifically designed training will allow clients to enjoy the benefits of exercise with a sustainable program while removing potential barriers which may prevent these clients from undertaking an exercise program.
